Cílem práce bylo zmapovat dějiny podniku Rolnický družstevní lihovar v Uherském Brodě. Lihovar vznikl v době Habsburské monarchie, přestál první světovou válku, největších úspěchů dosáhl v období první Československé republiky, po druhé světové válce postupně upadal a v roce 1952 došlo k jeho znárodnění. Během čtyřiceti let své činnosti byl podnik neopomenutelným prvkem místního hospodářství (především díky oboustranně výhodné spolupráci se členy družstva - rolníky), proto byly dějiny podniku sledovány souběžně s historií města Uherského Brodu.This bachelor thesis has been focused on creating the historical survey of farming cooperative distillery in Uhersky Brod. The distillery was founded at the time of Habsburg monarchy, it lasted out the first world war, it achieved the biggest success at the time of Czechoslovakia, it became slowly deteriorating after the second word war and it was nationalized in the 1952. The distillery was very important part of local economy during the 40 years of its activity (especially thanks to very profitable cooperation between the agricultural cooperative members - farmers). That is the main reason why the history of the distillery has been always closely connected with the history of entire city.
