Bakalářská práce popisuje situaci skautské výchovy ve Francii. Vysvětluje fungování skautských organizací a jejich vliv na francouzské děti a mládež. Představuje metody výchovy a zdůrazňuje osobní rozvoj jednotlivce důležitý pro úspěšný budoucí život. Individuální přístup k dětem, hodnoty, metody, a odpovězení na aktuální potřeby mládeže dělají ze skautingu největší výchovnou organizaci mládeže na světě. Upozornění na rizika moderní společnosti nezůstávají stranou. Práci nechybí ani konkrétní příklady pedagogiky a aktivit, stejně jako srovnání francouzského skautingu s českým.This thesis describes a situation of scout education in France. It explains the function of scout organizations and the influence for french children and youth. It presents the methods of pedagogy and accents the personal development of individual so important for future successful life. The individual access, the values, the methods and responding to the actual needs of youth make from scouting the biggest educative organization of youth in the world. The warnings on the hazards of modern society are represented too. The work brings the concrete examples of pedagogy and activities, as well as comparing of french and czech scouting.
