V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou genderových stereotypů v předškolní výchově. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda je literatura, určená k výchově a vzdělávání dětí předškolního věku, nositelem genderových stereotypů. V teoretické části práce prezentuji obsah a význam pojmu gender, vliv gednerových stereotypů na osvojování genderové role v procesu genderové socializace a proces utváření genderové identity. Věnuji se předškolní výchově, její organizaci a realizaci v mateřských školách, teorii hry a charakteristice pohádek a jejich vlivu na přenos genderových stereotypů. V praktické části práce provádím prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu textovou analýzu publikací, určených k výchově a vzdělávání dětí předškolního věku. Při analýze vycházím z materiálu určeného k posuzování genderové korektnosti učebnic. Výstupem diplomové práce je desatero pro genderově korektní předškolní výchovu.My graduation thesis focuses on research involving the issues of gender stereotypes in pre-school education. My main objective is to answer the question if children?s educational literature is a source of gender stereotypes. The graduation thesis is divided to two parts ? theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section is explained the content and meaning of the world gender, the influence of gender stereotypes for mastering of gender roles in the gender socialization process and a formative process of gender identification. I am focused on pre-school education, its organization in kindergartens, on game theory and characteristics of fairy tales and their influences for transmission of gender. In the practical part of my graduation thesis I analyze a text from books used as part of a pre-school children?s educational curriculum by the method of qualitative research. Included is data intended for the assessmnet of gender correctness of the pre-school children?s educational books for processing of my anaysis. The conclusion of my graduation thesis are the ten most important points for a ?gender-proper? pre-schol education.
