Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem hlezenních ortéz na chůzi a další lokomoční aktivity pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o chůzi z hlediska evoluce, ontogeneze a biomechaniky. V této části jsou také stručně popsány patologické prvky chůze pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Dále jsou v souhrnu poznatků uvedeny dostupné výsledky podobných studií a rozdělení a popis hlezenních ortéz. Experimentální část práce se zabývá vlivem dvou různých druhů hlezenních ortéz na časoprostorové parametry chůze a jiné lokomoční aktivity. Pomocí posturografického vyšetření a funkčních testů je hodnocen efekt těchto ortéz v porovnání se situací, kdy pacient ortézu nepoužil. Výsledky našeho měření naznačují pozitivní vliv ortéz na měřené parametry. Nejlepších hodnot pacienti dosáhli při použití měkké ortézy. Tato práce nám potvrzuje význam používání ortéz v běžné praxi. Jedním ze závěru je specifikace výběru ortézy pro určitá postižení.The impact of astragalar orthoses on the gait and on other locomotion activities in patients with stroke is described in this thesis. The knowledge of tread, its evolution, ontogenesis and biomechanics is recapitulated in the theoretical part. The pathologies of gait in patients with stroke were also summarized. Furthermore the results of similar studies and the variety and specification of astragalar orthoses were described. The experimental part of the thesis is summarizing the impact of two different types of orthoses on the spatio-temporal parameters of gait and other locomotion activities. With the aid of the posturography and functional tests, we compared the effects of orthoses in patients with and without the orthosis application. Results of our study indicate the positive effect of orthoses on the observed parameters. The greatest effects were found in patients with soft orthoses. This study has confirmed the significance of orthoses application in the daily practice. The other conclusion is the importance of the orthesis specification for different types of the disability.
