Diplomová práce se snaží popsat problematiku pracovní motivace, postojů ke kontextu práce a pracovní spokojenost. V teoretické části přibližujeme současné sociální a ekonomické problémy zaměstnávání osob zdravotně postižených a motivační činitele působící u handicapovaných pracovníků. Další kapitoly blíže specifikují zmíněné klíčové oblasti z obecného hlediska. Ve výzkumné části zjišťujeme a analyzujeme faktory, působící na osoby zdravotně postižené pracující v chráněných dílnách i na domácích pracovištích, jež ovlivňují jejich postoje ke kontextu práce, spokojenost s vlastní prací a psychický stav.These graduation thesis tries to deals with the problematics of job motivation, attitudes to context of work and job satisfaction. In the theoretical part current social and economic problems in employment of handicaped people and factors of motivation applicable at the handicapped workers are approached. Further chapters closely specify previously mentioned key spheres from the general point of view. In the research section this thesis finds out and analyses the factors having influence on disabled people working in protected production lines and those working at home, who could be influenced in their attitudes to the context of work in proper job satisfaction and in their psychological state.
