Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu u manažerů škol. Teoretická část se věnuje stresu v obecné rovině, jeho terminologii, projevům stresu, reakci organismu na stres, rozdělením stresorů, strategiím zvládání stresu a jeho možnou prevencí. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na postavení manažerů škol a na jejich kompetence v souvislosti se zvládáním manažerského stresu. Úkolem empirické části práce je identifikovat nejčastější stresory, které ovlivňují práci manažerů škol, zjistit, jaké jsou u nich nejčastější projevy stresové reakce, a na základě testu přetížení vyhodnotit jejich stresové zatížení.The bachelor's work is devoted to the problem area of stress which school managers are exposed to. The theoretical part deals with stress in general, with its terminology, with the ways stress works, with stress reaction of an organism, with classification of stress factors, with strategies for coping with stress and its possible prevention. The following chapter focuses on the situation of school managers and on their skill competency in connection to coping with managerial stress. The first task of the empirical part of the work is identification of the most frequent causes of stress, which influence the school managers´ work. Another task in the same part of the work is to find out what the most frequent manifestations of stress reactions are in case of school managers and finally comes evaluation of their stress endurance on the basis of the Test of Overload.
