První část práce pojednává o teoretických východiscích managementu kvality, přičemž je kladen důraz na problematiku norem ISO. Podrobně jsou popsány dokumenty, které jsou nezbytné pro úspěšnou certifikaci společnosti. Následně je charakterizován proces certifikace a proces provádění interních auditů za účelem neustálého zlepšování managementu kvality. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti managementu kvality na prostředí a podmínky konkrétní společnosti, přičemž důraz je kladen na proces recertifikace společnosti a na přínosy, které pro společnost z uplatňování systémů managementu kvality dle normy ISO 9001 vyplývají.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis is concerned with the application of the international norm ČSN EN ISO 9001 : 2009 into the company Top Fitness s. r. o. The first part of the thesis involves especially the quality management´s theoretical background with the main target of ISO-norms questions. The documents, which are necessary for successful certification of the company, are described very in detail. The whole process of the certification and the internal audit´s administration in order to improve the company continuously is covered in the next parts of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis, all theoretical findings are applyed for the particular company and its particular conditions and surrounding. The mail purpose of this part of the thesis is put on the process of recertification of the ISO-norms in the company and also on the assets brought by norm ISO 9001´s certification.
