Práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření, popisuje jeho příčiny a následky a navrhuje možnou prevenci či řešení tohoto problému. Součástí této práce je také výzkum zaměřený na rozdíl míry syndromu vyhoření u učitelů introvertů a extrovertů.The thesis deals with the burnout syndrome. It describes its couses and impact. The thesis also suggests how to prevent and deal with the syndrome. A research about the differences between introvert and extrovert techer and how they cope with the burnout syndrome is part of the theses.
