Characterization of the clinical isolates of M. catarrhalis using various techniques of molecular biology as well as bacterial identification methods based on phenotypic variations. Experiments such as antibiotic susceptibility test, PCR, growth curves and autoagglutination assays were included to best characterise the mentioned properties of the strains.
