Autor se v textu snaží zjistit, zda lze považovat účast mimoparlamentních stran ve volebním klání za racionální či opakování hodnou. K tomuto cíli práce se autor dobírá přes popis faktorů, které mají vliv na úspěch stran. Konfrontace těchto faktorů s legislativou hovoří v neprospěch mimoparlamentních politických subjektů, které mají ztížené startovní podmínky. Přesto tyto malé strany opakovaně kandidují a stále kandidují i subjekty nové. Možné důvody těchto kandidatur autor vyvozuje pomocí Weberovy klasifikace jednání a tyto důvody konfrontuje s názory kandidátů z řad okrajových politických stran.The writer of this text want to find out, if the participation in elections of parties that are not a section of Parliament is rational or it is not. The factors that have an influence on the success of these parties helped to conclude the aim of this work. The confrontation between these factors and legislation do not speak on side of the parties that are not members of Parliament. Though these parties have much worse starting conditions they still stand for Parliament. Including new parties. The author deduced the reasons of the candidatures from Weber´s classification of behaviour and confronts these reasons with opinions of candidates of small political parties.
