Práce se zabývá výsledky výzkumu úrovně dynamické a dynamické explozivní síly mladých judistů (nj = 32) z Judo Klubu Olomouc a jedním souborem nesportujících žáků (nbp = 33) ze Základní školy Dubicko, Olomoucký kraj. Statisticky nejvýznamnějším rozdílem mezi skupinou mladých judistů a nesportujících žáků se ukázal výsledek v testu "sed x leh``, kde mladí judisté dosahovali průměrně o 20 cviků lepší výsledek. Dalším významným statistickým rozdílem se ukázal výsledek v testu "skok do dálky z místa``. Nesportující žáci při něm dosahovali průměrně o 18 cm delší skoky. V ostatních testovacích disciplínách nebyl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl. Dílčím cílem bylo určení somatotypu u vybraných judistů (nj = 18).This paper deals with research results of dynamic and dynamic explosive level of young judo athletes (nj = 32) from Judo Klub Olomouc compared to a group of no sport practising pupils (nbp = 33) from Comprehensive school Dubicko, Olomouc region. Statistically most significant difference between the group of young judo athletes and no sport practising pupils proved to be the result of the "sit-ups`` test, in which young judo athletes reached on average a result of 20 sit-ups more. Another statistically significant difference was the result of "long jump from a standing`` test. No sport practising pupils managed to perform jumps on average 18 cm longer. I have found no statistically significant differences in the other disciplines that were the subject of a test. A partial scope was determining a somatotype of selected judo athletes (nj = 18).
