Výzkumná část analyzuje současnou situaci poradenství a podpory pracovního uplatnění Romů v brněnském regionu.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis is oriented on the problems of work opportunities and engagements of Romani ethnic at the labour market. The basic information about Romani ethnic is introduced in the theoretical part of thesis. The history, their culture and the traditional costumes, the education and work engagement are covered there. The practical part analyses the present situation in the field of counselling and services in the area of Romani employment in the city of Brno and the South Moravian Region.
