Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhu projektu, který rozšíří povědomost o odlehčovací službě homesharingu v České republice prostřednictvím propagačních přednášek. Dílčím cílem je rozšířit počet organizací homesharingu, nových hostitelů a tím pomoci potřebným skupinám, kterými jsou děti a mladiství s poruchou autistického spektra. Projekt je situován v Jihomoravském kraji, kde působí v Brně organizace Slezská diakonie - Úsek Brno. Propagační přednášky budou zrealizovány Slezskou diakonií v děkanátu Hustopeče, kde působí 24 římskokatolických farností a nachází se v okresu Břeclav. Bakalářská práce začíná představením tématu, kde je poskytnut kontext problematiky skrze klíčové pojmy, definicí, historií, vývojem a organizacemi působící v České republice. Za cílovou skupinu jsou zvoleny děti a mladiství s poruchou autistického spektra, které jsou nejvíce zastoupeny mezi klienty v homesharingu. Dále jsou popsány typy poruch autistického spektra. Práce je zaměřena k odborným předmětům sociální práce, jako je sociální politika, teorie a metody sociální práce. Teoretická část končí v oblasti zaměřené na legislativu a etické hledisko. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na návrhu projektu, kde jsou zahrnuty všechny podstatné části k jeho vytvoření.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a project proposal that will spread awareness of the relief service of homesharing in the Czech Republic through promotional lectures. The sub-goal is to expand the number of homesharing organizations, new hosts and thus help the needy groups, which are children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. The project is located in the South Moravian Region, where the organisation Slezská diakonie - Úsek Brno is active. The promotional lectures will be implemented by the Silesian Diakonia in the Hustopeče deanery, where 24 Roman Catholic parishes are located in the Breclav district. The bachelor thesis starts with an introduction of the topic, where the context of the issue is provided through key terms, definition, history, development and organizations operating in the Czech Republic. The target group is chosen to be children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, who are the most represented among the clients in homesharing. Furthermore, the types of autism spectrum disorders are described. The thesis is oriented towards professional subjects of social work, such as social policy, theory and methods of social work. The theoretical part ends in an area focused on legislation and ethical considerations. The practical part of the work is focused on the project design, where all the essential parts for its creation are included.
