Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovními postupy redaktorů v regionální televizní stanici ZAK TV. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a porovnat systémy organizování redakce a pracovní postupy redaktorů ve dvou po sobě jdoucích časových obdobích. K dosažení cíle je využita kvalitativní metoda a technika polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. V rámci výzkumu bylo zrealizováno celkem šest rozhovorů se čtyřmi redaktory a dvěma zástupci šéfredaktora. Každé období tak shodně reprezentovali tři představitelé dané redakce. Teoretickým rámcem práce jsou mediální rutiny.This bachelor thesis deals with the working practices of editors in regional television station ZAK. The aim of the work is to analyse and compare the editorial organisation systems and working practices of editors in two consecutive time periods. To reach the aim we use qualitative method and technique of semi-structured interviews. As a part of the research were conducted total six interviews with four editors and two deputy editors. Each period was so consistently represented by three representatives of the newsroom. The theoretical framework of the work examines media routines.
