Bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou financování ústavní a náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy z veřejného sektoru a oblasti péče o ohrožené děti potřebné pro účely zpracování analýzy. V praktické části je provedena analýza financování ústavní a náhradní rodinné péče a zpracován návrh strategie vedoucí ke změně hospodaření této části veřejných financí.The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the financing of institutional and substitute family care in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, terms from the public sector and the area of care for vulnerable children necessary for the purposes of processing the analysis are defined. In the practical part, an analysis of the financing of institutional and substitute family care is carried out and drafted a strategy leading to a change in the management of this part of public finances.
