Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá stigmatizací a sebestigmatizací osob s pedofilií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení parafilií a pedofilie. Popisuje ukotvení v klasifikačních systémech a kulturní kontext, věnuje se diagnostice pedofilie, etiologii, léčbě i procesu coming outu. Dalšími tématy teoretického oddílu jsou stigmatizace, sebestigmatizace a sebepojetí, a prostor je věnován i soudobým podpůrným projektům a organizacím, které s tématy souvisejí. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění pohledu osob s pedofilií na vlastní postavení ve společnosti a zmapování postojů k sobě sama. Dalším cílem je seznámení české veřejnosti s problematikou a výsledky výzkumu, za účelem šíření osvěty. Výzkumný soubor (n=6) byl tvořen muži, kteří se identifikují jako pedofilové. Sběr dat probíhal formou polostrukturovaného interview a byl doplněn o analýzu dokumentů. Výsledky práce ukazují, že osoby s pedofilií svou situaci nevnímají černobíle, přestože se cítí silně stigmatizovány a své postavení ve společnosti vidí poměrně negativně. U osob s pedofilií se vyskytují jisté sebestigmatizační tendence. Významný vliv na stigmatizaci a sebestigmatizaci pedofilů mají média a internet.This thesis investigates the stigmatization and self-stigmatization of persons with paedophilia. The goal of the theoretical part is to define paraphilias and paedophilias. It also describes the anchoring of these terms in classification systems and cultural context, deals with the diagnosis of paedophilia, aetiology, its treatment, and the process of coming out. Other topics of the theoretical part include stigmatization, self-stigmatization, and self-concept. The text also introduces some contemporary support projects and organizations related to these topics. The main goal of this thesis is to offer a descriptive account of how persons with paedophilia view their own position in society and to describe their attitudes toward themselves. The second goal is to acquaint the Czech public with the forementioned issues and results of the research in order to spread awareness. The research sample (n=6) constituted of men who identify as paedophiles. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews supplemented by analysis of documents. The results of the research show that even though persons with paedophilia feel strongly stigmatized and perceive their position in society quite negatively, they do not regard their situation in black and white. We can discern self-stigmatizing tendencies in persons with paedophilia. The media and the internet have a very significant influence on the stigmatization and self-stigmatization of paedophiles.
