(83 343 znakov). -- Ved. práce Jiří Pánek. -- Oponent Barbora Frličková. -- Abstract: Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na charakteristiku územia štátu Egypt z pohľadu tvaru štátneho územia, veľkosti štátneho územia a charakteristiky reliéfu. Zaoberá sa taktiež kultúrou v Egypte a historickým vývojom štátneho územia, ktoré poznáme dnes. Cieľom výskumu práce bolo zistiť znalosti o Egypte, a to študentov Evanjelického gymnázia v Banskej Bystrici, rozdelených podľa pohlavia, zvolenia maturitného predmetu geografie či iných predmetov, typu podkladovej mapy a podobne. Na získanie dát od študentov bol použitý internetový dotazník v podobe satelitného snímku alebo slepej mapy s doplňujúcimi otázkami. Zistenia prieskumu boli prevedené do mentálnych máp, ktoré boli následne navzájom porovnávané. Bolo zistené, že výsledky sa do určitej miery líšia medzi vybranými kategóriami študentov. Najlepšie výsledky boli zistené u študentov, ktorí si zvolili ako maturitný predmet geografiu.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristics of the territory of the state of Egypt from the point of view of the shape of the state territory, the size of the state territory and the characteristics of the relief. It also deals with the culture in Egypt and the historical development of the state territory that we know today. The aim of the research work was to find out the knowledge about Egypt, that of the students of the Evangelical Gymnasium in Banská Bystrica, divided by gender, choice of graduation subject of geography or other subjects, type of background map, etc. An internet questionnaire in the form of a satellite image or blind map with additional questions was used to obtain data from the students. The findings of the survey were converted into mental maps, which were then compared with each other. The results were found to vary to some extent between the selected categories of students. The best results were found for students who chose geography as their graduation subject.
