Diplomová práce se zaobírá tématikou vyšetření dětí na magnetické rezonanci. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o magnetické rezonanci jako zobrazovací metodě a specifika vyšetření dětí na magnetické rezonanci z hledisek analgosedace, komunikace a samotného přístrojového vyšetření. Praktická část obsahuje samotný retrospektivní výzkum práce prováděný v roce 2021 ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Nejčastěji vyšetřovanou oblastí na MR dětí byl mozek (61 %), byl zjištěn statisticky signifikantní rozdíl (p = 0,0237) mezi počtem pozitivních nálezů ve dvou nejčastěji vyšetřovaných oblastech (neuroradiologické a muskuloskeletální) a statisticky signifikantní rozdíl v počtu těchto dvou nejčastěji vyšetřovaných oblastí v závislosti na věku pacienta (p < 0,0001). V poslední části výzkumu jsme se zaměřili na praxi radiologického asistenta a zjistili jsme, že časová okna pro MR dětí jsou většinou nedostatečná (vyšetření začínala se zpožděním ve středy s uspáním v 67 % a v jiné dny v 63 % případů).The diploma thesis deals with the subject of magnetic resonance imaging of children. The theoretical part is a summary of knowledge about MRI as an imaging method and the specifics of MRI examination of children from the viewpoints of analgosedation, communication and the instrumental examination itself. The practical part contains the retrospective work research carried out in 2021 at the Olomouc University Hospital. The most frequently examined area on children's MRI was the brain (in 61%), a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0237) was found between the number of positive findings in the two most frequently examined areas (neuroradiological and musculoskeletal) and a statistically significant difference in the number of these two most frequently examined areas depending on patient age (p < 0.0001) was found as well. In the last part of the research, we focused on the practice of the radiology assistant and found that the time windows for children's MR are mostly insufficient (examinations started late on Wednesdays with analgosedation in 67% and on other days in 63% of cases).
