(101.258 znaků). -- Ved. práce Ivo Telec. -- Oponent Pavel Petr. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá subjekty, coby slabšími smluvními stranami, v soukromém právu se zaměřením na jejich důvody slabosti a rovněž na jejich ochranu. První kapitola vymezuje ústavněprávní zásadu ochrany slabší smluvní strany v kontextu s ostatními stěžejními zásadami soukromého práva. Druhá kapitola je hlavní částí práce, ve které jsou zanalyzovány vybrané slabší smluvní strany, zejména s ohledem na důvody jejich slabosti a způsoby ochrany. Třetí kapitola se pak věnuje společným znakům slabosti, které jsou rozděleny na vnitřní a vnější příčiny. Čtvrtá kapitola shrnuje všechny zjištěné poznatky, odpovídá na výzkumné otázky a zhodnocuje současnou právní úpravu.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with subjects as weaker parties in private law with a focus on the reasons for their weakness and also on their protection. The first chapter defines the constitutional principle of protection of the weaker party in the context of other essential principles of private law. The second chapter is the main part of the work, in which selected weaker parties are analyzed, especially with regard to the reasons for their weakness and methods of protection. The third chapter deals with common signs of weakness, which are divided into internal and external causes. The fourth chapter summarizes all findings, answers the research questions and evaluates the current legislation.
