Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice kochleární implantace u dítěte v určitém typu rodiny. Cílem práce je předat rodinám základní informace o procesu kochleární implantace a možnostech následné péče o dítě. Z počátku se práce zaměřuje na sluchové postižení, jeho typy a stupně. Dále poskytuje základní informace o příčinách sluchových vad a jejich diagnostice. Následující kapitola přibližuje pojem "kochleární implantace", a proces schvalování KI. V poslední části práce je popsáno výzkumné šetření u tří rodin dětí s kochleárním implantátem a jejich zkušenosti s implantací a rehabilitací dítěte.This thesis deals about cochlear implantation of child in different type of family. The target of this thesis is to provide to families a basic information about the process of cochlear implantation and the possibilities of child rehabilitation. At first, a thesis focuses on hearing impairment, its types and degrees. It also provides basic information about the causes of hearing defects and their diagnosis. The following chapter introduces the concept of "cochlear implantation" and the approval process of CI. The last part of the thesis describes a research of three families of child with a cochlear implant and their experience with implantation and rehabilitation of child.
