Cílem diplomové práce je zopakovat výzkum, který byl proveden na Přírodovědecké fakultě v 70. letech 20. století, výsledky statisticky zpracovat a porovnat výsledky tehdejších a dnešních žáků. Dalším cílem bylo na základě získaných výsledků vytyčit některé oblasti tohoto tématu, které činí žákům problémy. Srovnávány jsou rozdíly ve výsledcích mezi pohlavími a rozdíly ve formě výuky (zda výuku STR absolvovala celá třída, nebo si žáci zapsali volitelný seminář z fyziky). V teoretické části je také uveden podobný výzkum z Austrálie.The aim of my thesis is to repeat a research, which was conducted at the Faculty of Science in the 70s of the 20th century, to statistically process obtained data and compare the results of past generation pupils to contemporary students. A further aim is to outline areas which are difficult for the students to deal with. Variations of test results based on gender and the form of teaching (i.e. whether special theory of relativity was a mandatory or optional subject) are also presented. Furthermore, a research from Australia is included in the theoretical part of my thesis.
