Diplomová práce se zabývá návratem dítěte do původní rodiny z pohledu sociálního pracovníka sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci sociálně-právní ochraně dětí vnímají návrat dítěte do původní rodiny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou představeny výzkumy zabývající se potřebami dítěte nebo odloučením dítěte od rodičů. Dále je zde představen systém orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí, jak probíhá odebrání dítěte od rodičů a jaký je proces návratu dítěte do původní rodiny. V empirické části jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu, který byl prováděn kvalitativní metodou formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se čtyřmi sociálními pracovnicemi sociálně-právní ochrany dětí.The diploma thesis follows up with the return of the child to the biological family from the perspective of a social worker of social and legal protection of children. The aim of the work is to find out how social workers of the social and legal protection of children perceives the return of the child to the biological family. The work is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part presents research dealing with the needs of the child or the separation of the child from the parents. Furthermore, the system of social and legal protection bodies for children is presented, how the child is removed from the parents and what is the process of the child's return to the biological family. The empirical part presents the results of research, which were carried out using a qualitative method in the form of a semi-structured interview with four social workers of social and legal protection of children.
