(116 248 znaků) +. -- Oponent Eva Klimentová. -- Ved. práce Silvie Kotherová. -- Abstract: Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení adaptačního procesu ve výrobní organizaci XY střední velikosti a odhalení možných dopadů na stabilitu pracovního procesu. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu průběhu adaptace nových zaměstnanců, kteří vstupují do pracovního poměru. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: Jak je nastaven adaptační proces v organizaci XY? Dílčí otázka zní: Jakým způsobem probíhá proces zaučení na pracovní místo? Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Kvalitativní výzkum adaptačního procesu je rozvržen do šestiměsíčního časového horizontu počínaje přijímáním zaměstnance, hodnocením před ukončením zkušební doby a hodnocením na konci šestého měsíce trvání pracovního poměru. V závěru práce představuji výsledky, ke kterým jsem dospěla a navrhuji možná doporučení ke zlepšení adaptačního procesu.. -- Abstract: The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the adaptation process in the middle size XY production organization and detection of possible impact on the stability of the working process. The work is focused on the analysis of the adaptation process of new employees entering the employment relationship. The main research question is: How is the adaptation process set up in the organization? The partial question is: What are the means of learning new skills for a job position? There is a theoretical-empirical part a qualitative research of the adaptation process. The research spreads out a six-month time horizon, beginning with the start of an employee, evaluation before the end of the trial period, and evaluation at the end of the sixth month of the employment. In the final part of the thesis, I present the results of my research and the suggestions in order to improve the adaptation process.
