Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na celý proces kochleární implantace a na roli, kterou v celém procesu hraje rodina pacienta. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na sluchové postižení - klasifikaci sluchových vad, diagnostiku sluchových vad a kompenzační pomůcky. Dále pojednává o celém procesu kochleární implantace, o rodině dítěte s postižením a o poradenství pro sluchově postižené. Praktická část je založena na rozhovorech rodiny dětí s kochleárním implantátem. Otázky v rozhovoru se týkají například doby před implantací i po implantaci, a kde rodiče získali informace o kochleární implantaci nebo jak probíhala rehabilitace.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the process of the cochlear implantation and the role of a family in the whole process. Theoretical part focuses on hearing impairment - mainly on classification of auditory defects, diagnosis of hearing loss and hearing aids. Next chapters discuss the whole process of cochlear implantation, the children with cochlear implantation and his/hers family and counselling and support for people with hearing impairment. Practical part is based on interviews with children's families. Questions asked respondents about the period before the implantation, after implantation and the source of information about implantation or rehabilitation.
