The thesis was being written in cooperation with the footwear producer, Prabos, a. s. The main aim of this thesis was to create and to compare a variety of prediction models in order to facilitate choosing the right size and type of boots based on several foot characteristics. This would hopefully help potential company customers shopping online to buy the most suitable footwear for them. Before training the models we had had to collect the data, first. Some of the methods we have used are described in the theoretic part of the Thesis as just in detail as it is needed to make a reader understand using them.
