Cílem této práce je na základě provedené finanční a strategické analýzy stanovit doporučení dalšího vývoje vybrané české společnosti 1. Hradecké zemědělské a.s., která se zabývá zemědělskou prvovýrobou. Součástí práce je také srovnání výstupů finanční analýzy této společnosti se shodnými ukazateli odvětví zemědělství v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První tři kapitoly tvoří teoretickou část, která popisuje metody hodnocení podniku jako je finanční a strategická analýza, dále tato část vymezuje pojem investice a možné způsoby jejich financování a charakterizuje zemědělské dotace. S využitím poznatků z teoretické části práce je v části praktické provedena finanční a strategická analýzy vybrané společnosti včetně srovnání finanční analýzy odvětví zemědělství. Rovněž je zmapována investiční činnost hodnocené společnosti včetně jejího financování a struktury poskytnutých dotací. Na závěr jsou stanovena doporučení pro další vývoj společnosti s ohledem na její holdingové uspořádání a pozici na trhu.The aim of the thesis is to determine recommendations, based on the financial and strategic analysis, for the further development of selected Czech company 1. Hradecká zemědělská a.s., which deals with primary agricultural production. There is also a comparison of the results of the financial analysis of this company with the same indicators of the agricultural sector in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first three chapters form the theoretical part, which describes the methods of evaluation of the company such as financial and strategic analysis, and it defines the concept of investment and possible ways of their financing and characterizes agricultural subsidies. Using the knowledge from the theoretical part of the thesis, the practical part is formed by the financial and strategic analysis of the selected company, including a comparison of the financial analysis of the agricultural sector. The investment activity of the evaluated company, including its financing and the structure of the subsidies provided, is also detected. At the end there are recommendations for further development of the company with regard to its holding structure and market position.
