Tato diplomová práce se věnuje osobě insolvenčního správce jako zvláštního procesního subjektu insolvenčního řízení. Zaměřuje se především na předpoklady a podmínky kladené na uchazeče o výkon činnosti insolvenčního správce, na činnosti insolvenčního správce, jeho povinnosti a odpovědnost a v neposlední řadě na jeho odměňování. Důraz je kladen mimo jiné na zkoušky insolvenčních správců. Do práce jsou na celé řadě míst promítnuty judikatorní závěry vyšších soudů. Závěrem jsou pak zhodnoceny jednotlivé dílčí závěry práce.This diploma thesis deals with the person of the insolvency trustee as a special procedural subject of insolvency proceeding. It focuses mainly on the assumptions and conditions imposed on the tenderers to perform the activities of the insolvency trustee, on the activities of the insolvency trustee, on his duties and responsibility, and last but not least on his rewarding. Emphasis is placed, among other things, on insolvency trustee´s tests. The case law of higher courts is reflected in a number of places of this thesis. Finally, the individual partial conclusions of this thesis are evaluated.
