Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vliv umělých semi-permanentních řas na rohovku. Předmětem zkoumání je časová změna (v průběhu čtrnácti dnů) parametrů popisující tvarové vlastnosti rohovky a její biomechanické vlastnosti. Úvodní kapitoly jsou věnovány teoretickým informacím o anatomii rohovky, víčkách a podobně. Následuje kapitola popisující tvarové a biomechanické vlastnosti rohovky. Poslední teoretická kapitola obsahuje souhrn informací o umělých řasách, materiálech metodách aplikace, o péči o řasách a rizicích. Experimentální část poté obsahuje popis provedeného výzkumu, jeho konkrétní výsledky a diskuzi zjištěných výsledků. Cílem této práce je ověřit, zda tento kosmetický trend má negativní dopad na rohovku.The diploma thesis examines the influence of artificial semi-permanent eyelashes on the cornea. The subject of the study is a time change (within fourteen days) of parameters describing the corneal shape properties and its biomechanical properties. The introductory chapters are devoted to theoretical information on cornea anatomy, eyelids and etc. The following chapter describes the shape and biomechanical properties of the cornea. The last theoretical chapter contains a summary of information about artificial lashes, application methods materials, about the care of eyelashes and risks. The experimental part then contains a description of the research carried out, its concrete results and a discussion of the findings. The aim of this work is to verify whether this cosmetic trend has a negative impact on the cornea.
