The skin is the largest body of the human body. Skin performs number of vital tasks such as formation of a barrier between the organism and the environment. Due to some diseases, the structure and function of the skin may be impaired. The aim of this work is to study the behavior of selected dermatological drugs on model membranes in silico. The results are confronted with the expected behavior on real skin.
