Cílem této práce je charakterizovat vliv korekčních faktorů na hodnoty tvrdosti a redukovaného modulu získané vyhodnocením nanoindentační zkoušky s použitím metody Olivera a Pharra. Byl určen vliv použití variabilního a konstantního faktoru epsilon, poddajnosti přístroje, termálního driftu, faktoru beta a fitovacího intervalu. Použité materiály byly křemenné sklo, měď, wolfram, hliník, ocel, titan, polykarbonát, křemík a safír.The aim of this thesis is to characterize the effect of correction factors on the values of hardness and reduced modulus that were gained during the analysis of nanoindentation test using the Oliver and Pharr method. The effects of variable and constant factor epsilon, machine compliance, thermal drift, factor beta and fitting interval were determined. Materials used were fused silica, copper, tungsten, aluminium, steel, titanium, polycarbonate, silicon and sapphire.
