Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat a analyzovat prostředí a klima organizace s ohledem na interpersonální vztahy. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou a popisem pojmů prostředí, organizace a klima. V rámci klimatu jsou podrobněji představeny interpersonální vztahy. Výzkumná část obsahuje analýzu a interpretaci dat z dotazníkového šetření, zaměřeného na interpersonální vztahy, které proběhlo na dvou pracovištích organizace. Výsledky z analýzy dat získaných výzkumem, konkrétně vnímání vztahů s vedoucím i vztahů mezi spolupracovníky z obou pracovišť, dosáhly hodnot průměru škály, které jsou podle této bakalářské práce shledávány spíše jako spokojenost se vztahy. Dále byla v práci analyzována data ze škál "diskriminace" a "šikana (zastrašování)".The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse the environment and climate with regard to the interpersonal relationship. The theoretical part deals with the characterization and description of the concepts of environment, organization and climate. In the context of climate, the interpersonal relationships are explained in detail. The research part contains an analysis and interpretation of data from the questionnaires focused on interpersonal relationships, which took place in two department of the organization. The results from the analysis of data obtained from the research, concretely perception of relationships with leader and also relationships between colleagues from both departments, achieved average results that are found to be still satisfied with relationships according to this bachelor thesis. Further in thesis were data analysed from the range "discrimination" and "bullying (discouragement)".
