Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou astma bronchiale v porodní asistenci. Předkládá poznatky o astma bronchiale u žen v reprodukčním věku, v těhotenství, při porodu a v šestinedělí. Popisuje vliv astma bronchiale na menstruační cyklus a plodnost ženy, vztah mezi těhotenstvím a astmatem. Je popsána diagnostika, léčba v těhotenství, během porodu a šestinedělí. Sumarizuje informace o působení antiastmatik na plod. Část je věnována ošetřovatelské a edukační roli porodní asistentky v péči o těhotnou ženu, rodičku a šestinedělku s astma bronchiale.Bachelor's thesis deals with bronchial asthma in midwifery. It presents findings about bronchial asthma in women of reproductive age, during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period. It describes impact of bronchial asthma on menstrual cycle and fertility of women, the relationship between pregnancy and asthma. It describes diagnosis, treatment during pregnancy, delivery and the postpartum period. It summarizes informations about effect of antiastmatics on fetus. Part is devoted to nursing and educational role of midwife in care of pregnant women, women in labour, women in puerperium with bronchial asthma.
