Bakalářská práce se zabývá hypermobilním syndromem a možnostmi jeho rehabilitace. Obecná část obsahuje úvod do problematiky pojmů, kterými lze hypermobilní syndrom definovat, zahrnuje rozdělení hypermobility na různé typy, popisuje anatomii a fyziologii pojivových tkání, etiopatogenezi hypermobility, symptomy a rizikové faktory, které vedou ke vzniku hypermobility, vyšetření hypermobility dle různých autorů a její diagnostiku. Speciální část je zaměřena na jednotlivé složky komprehensivní rehabilitace syndromu hypermobility, s důrazem kladeným na léčebnou tělesnou výchovu. Součástí bakalářské práce je i kazuistika, která obsahuje vyšetření a návrh terapie pacientky s hypermobilním syndromem.This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the syndrome of hypermobility and the possibilities for the rehabilitation of patients with this syndrome. The general part introduces the terms used for defining the syndrome, covers different types of hypermobility, describes the anatomy and physiology of connective tissues, the etiopathogenesis of hypermobility, symptoms and risk factors which lead to the occurance of the hypermobility syndrome, the examination of hypermobility according to various authors and its diagnostics. The special part focuses on the particular features of the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with the hypermobility syndrome, placing the main emphasis on the physical therapy. An important part of the thesis is casuistry, which comprises an examination and a therapy plan for a patient with the hypermobility syndrome.
