Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace dětí a mládeže k trávení volného času hudebními aktivitami. Obsahuje nejen nutné teoretické vymezení základních pojmů, ale také rady a tipy k získávání nových žáků ke studiu v základních uměleckých školách a zkušenosti vedoucích pracovníků a vybraných absolventů základních uměleckých škol v České republice.This particular diploma thesis deals with the topic of motivation of children and youth to spend their free time engaging in music related activities. Primarily, it focuses on theoretical background offering explanation of basic terminology as well as on the practical tips and advice on how to motivate potential students of art and music schools. It also includes professional experience of the employees and graduates of art and music schools in the Czech Republic.
