Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení vlivu obezity na posturální stabilitu mladých žen pomocí počítačové posturografie. V teoretické části práce je popsána problematika obezity a jejího vlivu na pohybový a posturální systém. Další část teorie pojednává o hodnocení tělesné konstituce a principech posturografického vyšetření. Do experimentu diplomové práce bylo zařazeno deset obézních žen a deset žen s normální tělesnou konstitucí jako kontrolní skupina. Pro testování posturální stability byly vybrány testy Sensory Organization Test, Motor Control Test, Unilateral Stance a Limits of Stability modulu Smart Equitest System posturografu firmy NeuroCom?. Výsledky z posturografického měření byly statisticky vyhodnoceny na hladině signifikance p $<$ 0,05. Při porovnání výsledků obou skupin byl zjištěn vliv obezity na určité prvky posturální stability a reaktibility mladých žen.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of obesity on the postural stability of young women with the help of computer posturography. In the theoretical part, the issue of obesity and its influence on musculoskeletal and postural system is described. Another part of the theory deals with the evaluation of physical constitution and the principals of posturographic examination. Ten obese women and ten women with normal physical constitution (as a control group) were included in the experiment of this thesis. The Sensory Organization Test, Motor Control Test, Unilateral Stance and Limits of Stability are the tests that were chosen for the testing of postural stability. These tests belong to the modul Smart Equitest System of posturograph of the company NeuroCom?. The results of the posturographic measurement were statistically evaluated on the level of significance p $<$ 0,05. Comparing the results of the chosen groups of women the influence of obesity on the certain elements of postural stability and reactibility of young women was proved.
