Tato práce se zabývá manipulací zpravodajských fotografií. Autorka se zaměřila na manipulované fotografie publikované v tištěných a internetových zpravodajských médiích. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, která média a v jaké situaci manipulované fotografie zveřejňují, v jakém kontextu tyto manipulace vznikají, jak se manipulované fotografie šíří a jaké metody a techniky manipulace jsou při manipulaci využívány. Pozornost je věnována také způsobu, jakým jsou manipulace fotografií odhalovány Práce v první kapitole teoreticky uchopuje fotografický obraz a v druhé kapitole pak manipulaci fotografického obrazu. Autorka rozlišuje zpravodajské fotografie a fotografie publicistického charakteru a zkoumá závažnost jejich manipulace. Zaměřuje se také na metody a techniky manipulace a předkládá ukázky toho, jak jsou využívány. V třetí kapitole pak autorka zkoumá manipulované zpravodajské fotografie, které byly odhaleny v posledních čtyřech letech. Zároveň se zaměřuje na český kontext a snaží se popsat pravidla, která by měla publikaci manipulovaných fotografií zamezit.This thesis deals with manipulation of news photos. Author focuses on manipulated photos that were published in print and internet news media. The main object of this thesis was to discover which media publish manipulated photos and in which situation it happens. Also it wanted to discover the context and origin of the manipulation, what techniques of manipulation are used, and how the manipulation of photos is uncovered. In the first chapter there is a theoretical definition of photographic image and in the second chapter a definition of its manipulation. Author distinguishes news photos and publicistic photo and examines consequences of their manipulation. Author also focuses on methods and techniques of manipulation and shows the examples of using them. In the third chapter author examines manipulated photos that were uncovered in last four years. She also discusses the Czech context of this issue and tries to describe rules that should prevent the publication of manipulated photos.
