Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na testování chůze a rovnováhy u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. V první části jsou poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě, její incidenci, prevalenci, mortalitě a následcích. Druhá část se zabývá klasifikací ICF a kvalitami, jež musí test splňovat. V třetí části jsou popsány samotné testy chůze a rovnováhy. Diskuze je zaměřena na zhodnocení kvality a užitečnosti testů u pacientů po CMP z dostupných studií. Práce je doplněna o přílohy, kde jsou zadání některých testů. Většina článků byla publikována v recenzovaných časopisech Journal of Rehabilitation Research & Development, Journal of Rehabilitation medicine, Stroke, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation a Physical therapy.This thesis is focused on the testing gait and balance by patients after stroke. In the first part, there are knowledge about stroke, its incidence, prevalence, mortality and consequences. The second part deals with the ICF classification and qualities, which must be fulfilled in the test. In the third part, there is describtion of the tests of walking and balance. Discussion is focused on the evaluation of the quality and usefulness of tests by patients after stroke from the available studies. The work is accompanied by appendices which are entering some tests. Most of the articles were published in peer-reviewed journals Journal of Rehabilitation Research & Development, Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine, Stroke, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy.
