Hlavní část se věnuje protialkoholním záchytným stanicím, shrnutí historického vývoje Záchytné stanice u Apolináře v Praze, vzniku dalších záchytných stanic v ČR, jejich zřizovatelům, provozovatelům, způsobu financování a úhradám za pobyt. Autor se věnuje funkcím záchytných stanic z hlediska jejich proměn v čase. Současná funkce je represivní, autor se přiklání k zařazení záchytných stanic do systému sociálních služeb.The work clearly discusses dependence in general, alcohol dependence, its treatment and prevention. The main part deals with the sobering-up stations, summarizes the historical development of Sobering-up Station at U Apolináře in Prague, discusses the formation of other sobering-up stations in the Czech Republic, their founders, operators, financing as well as reimbursements for stay. The author discusses functions of the sobering-up stations in terms of their transformations over time. The current function is repressive; the author favors the inclusion of sobering-up stations in the system of social services.
