Rettův syndrom [rukopis] / Olga Širanová. -- 2013. -- 73 s., přílohy 29 s. : il., portréty, tab. -- Ved. práce Lucia Pastieriková. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce v teoretické části charakterizuje Rettův syndrom, uvádí historii, jednotlivá stádia, příčiny, symptomy, léčbu a zmírnění příznaků. Dále se zaměřuje na sociální interakci a každodenní činnosti dívek s Rettovým syndromem a možnost využití občanského sdružení Rett Community. Praktickou část tvoří průzkumné šetření, které jsme uskutečnili prostřednictvím dotazníků určených pro rodiče dětí s Rettovým syndromem. Zaměřili jsme se na zjišťování krajů, ze kterých rodiny pocházejí, na současný věk dětí, období prvních změn, diagnostikování Rettova syndromu, přidružené problémy a potřeba celodenní péče. Dále využitelnost terapeutických přístupů, navštěvování školských zařízení, spokojenost s poskytovanými službami a poslední otázky jsou zaměřené na organizaci Rett ? Community. V závěru měli rodiče možnost vyjádřit svůj vlastní komentář.. -- Abstract: The theory part of the bachelor thesis describes the Rett syndrome and mentions/states the history, individual stages, causes, symptoms, cure and ways how to relieve symptoms. Furthermore it concentrates on the social interaction and everyday activities of girls with the syndrome and the possibilities to use civic association Rett Community. The practical part consists of a research survey, which was done by means of questionnaires intended for parents of children with Rett syndrome. We concentrated on the regions where the families come from, the children's current age, the periods of the first changes, diagnosis of Rett syndrome, associated problems and the need of a whole day care/24hr care. Furthermore we looked at the use of therapeutic approaches, visits to educational institutions and satisfaction with provided services. The final questions focused then on the organisation Rett Community. At the end parents had an opportunity to express their own opinion.
