Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém komunikace s klienty s demencí v ošetřovatelské péči. Prezentuje informace dohledané v českých a slovenských periodikách. Jsou zde informace o výskytu demencí a přístupu k nim v současnosti. Zdůrazněna je také úloha komunikace sestry s klientem v ošetřovatelské péči. Větší pozornost je zaměřena na možné způsoby komunikace s klienty v jednotlivých stadiích demence a komunikaci při rozpoznání, hodnocení a léčbě bolesti.The thesis is focused on the problem of communicaiting with clients with dementia in nursing care. The work presents information found in Czech and Slovak periodicals. There are information on the occurence of dementia and acces to them at present. Also emphasized the role of communication between the client and nurse in nursing care. Great attention is focused on possible ways to communicate with clients in various stages of dementia and also communication during the recognition, evaluation and treatment of pain.
