Bakalářská práce si všímá přístupu sociálního pracovníka ke klientovi optikou Božího jednání s člověkem. Zaměřuje se na jeho osobnost a trojí rozměr sociální práce jako profese, povolání a služby. Věnuje se hledání biblických inspirací pro sociální práci. Nabízí jak starozákonní, tak novozákonní aspekty. Při úvahách o Božím jednání a Božích vlastnostech se snaží o důslednou aplikaci pravidel výkladu tajemství Trojjediného Boha. Zabývá se vlivem takto pojaté reflexe na spiritualitu sociálního pracovníka. Nastiňuje různá pokušení, se kterými se pomáhající musí potýkat zejména ve vztahu ke klientovi a k vnitřní motivaci pro službu. Z hlediska samotného sociálního pracovníka nabízí možná východiska a inspirace pro jeho růst osobnostní i profesní.The bachelor's thesis dwells on social worker's approach to a client in the perspective of God's approach to a man. It focuses on the personality of the worker and on three dimensions of social work: profession, vocation, and service. It seeks for biblical inspiration of social work, offering aspects from both the Old and New Testaments. Considering God's dealing and the attributes of God, the thesis endeavors to apply consistently the norms for explication of the mystery of the Triune God. It also dwells on the influence of this reflection on the spirituality of a social worker. It outlines various temptations that a person in service must face to, especially as regards his or her relation to a client and to the interior motivation for the service. The thesis offers possible starting points and inspiration for a personal as well as professional growth of a social worker.
