Edukace a kompliance osob s diabetem při kontinuálním monitoringu glykemie z pohledu sestry [rukopis] / Helena Přibylová. -- 2010. -- Ved. práce Pavla Kudlová. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá edukací a kompliancí osob s diabetem léčených pomocí inzulinové pumpy a kontinuálního monitoringu glykemie podkožním senzorem. V teoretické části jsou základní informace o kontinuální podkožní infuzi inzulinu a o CGMS (Continous Glucose Monitoring System). Praktická část shrnuje závěry dílčích 29 prací prezentovaných v letech 2006-2010 na vědeckých konferencích a publikovaných in extenso nebo formou abstraktu v recenzovaných časopisech. Tyto publikace jsou součástí diplomové práce. Rovněž jsou uvedeny dosud nepublikované závěry plynoucí z dotazníků. Práce vznikala v návaznosti na grantový úkol MZ ČR NR7825-3 (projekt DEGIF) a na studii PARASEN, které byly realizovány na II. interní klinice FNOL, na Ústavu fyziologie LF a na Ústavu ošetřovatelství FZV UP v Olomouci. Ze závěru vyplývá, že činnost profesionálního edukátora je pro zavádění inzulinové pumpy i kontinuálního monitoringu do klinické praxe klíčová.. -- Abstract: The present thesis deals with education and compliance of persons with diabetes treated by means of insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) using subcutaneous sensor. The theoretical part comprises the principles of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) and CGMS. The practical part summarises the conclusions of 29 papers presented in the period of 2006-2010 at scientific conferences and published in extenso or as abstract in peer-rewiewed journals (Diabetes, Biomedical Papers) etc. In addition recent results from questionnaires are also presented. This thesis results from the forthcoming activities of the grant DEGIF IGA NR 7825-3, Ministry of Health, Czech Repulic, and also from the study Parasen, both being carried out at the 2 nd Dept. of Medicine, Teaching Hospital Olomouc, at the Dept. of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, and, at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Palacky University Olomouc. Hence, the profesional educator plays a key role in introducing insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring in clinical practice.
