Tato bakalářská práce popisuje základní poznatky o profesních poruchách úchopu. V obecné části je uvedena stručná funkční anatomie struktur vztahující se k danému tématu, charakteristika lidského úchopu a přehled profesionálních onemocnění, při kterých může docházet k jeho dysfunkci. Ve speciální části se práce zabývá laterální epikondylitidou z pohledu rehabilitačního pracovníka. Jedná se o onemocnění, které se často vyskytuje u profesí přetěžujících horní končetinu.This bachelor thesis describes basic findings concerning deseases of grasping function depending on proffesion. In the theoretical part, a brief functional anatomy of structures related to the topic, the characteristic of human grasp and an overview of occupational diseases which can result in grasp disfunction are stated. In the specialized part, the work deals with epicondylitis lateralit from the point of view of an physioterapist. It is a disease frequently occurring in professions overworking the upper limb.
