Bakalářská práce je zpracována na jednu z personálních činností, kterou je proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců středního managementu. V práci je popsán celý proces obecně, není zaměřen na konkrétní pracovní pozici. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první nejobsáhlejší části je proces zpracován na základě teoretických východisek odborné literatury. V druhé části je proces získávání a výběru pracovníků středního managementu společnosti IAC Group s.r.o. analyzován a popsán na základě informací a poskytnutých písemných dokumentů personálním oddělením společnosti. V třetí závěrečné části jsou porovnána teoretická východiska procesu se skutečností a navržena doporučení ke zlepšení tohoto procesu.This Bachelors work is compiled from one of the personel activities, which is the process of recruitment and the selection of middle managment employees. This paper isn't focused on one concrete work position, instead the whole process is described in general. The paper is divided into three parts. The first and largest part is based on the theoretical resources of specialists in this field. In the second part the process of recruitment and selection of middle managment employess at IAC Group s.r.o. is analyzed and described based on the information provided, and the written documents in the personel department of the compay. In the third and concluding part, the theoretical resources are compared with the actual situation and there are also suggessted recommendations for improving these processes.
