Tato diplomová práce se věnuje dopadům soutěžního práva Evropské unie na sportovní asociace. V první kapitole jsou rozebrány teoretické pojmy nutné pro pochopení této práce a jsou zde vymezeny sportovní asociace. Ve druhé kapitole je pak vymezeno specifické sportovní prostředí a vazby soutěžního práva do tohoto prostředí. Třetí kapitola se pak věnuje vnitřním pravidlům sdružení podniků právě ve světle práva sportovního. Tato kapitola se zabývá rozborem rozsudků SDEU, na nichž je tato problematika demonstrována. V kapitole číslo čtyři je pak pozornost zaměřena na vnitřní předpisy sdružení podniků, které nejsou v souladu se soutěžním právem Evropské unie. Toto je opět demonstrováno na rozhodovací praxi SDEU. Pátá a poslední kapitola se pak věnuje problematice soutěžního práva a sportu v České republice, zvláště pak postoji Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Dále je v této kapitole také nastíněna rozhodovací praxe Úřadu v této oblasti.This diploma thesis deals with the effects of European Union competition law on sports associations. The first chapter discusses the theoretical concepts necessary to understand this thesis and defines sports associations itself. The second chapter defines the specific sports environment and the links of competition law to this environment. The third chapter deals with the internal rules of association of undertakings in the light of sports law. This chapter deals with the analysis of CJEU judgments in which this issue is demonstrated. In chapter four, attention is focused on the internal regulations of association of undertakings that are not in harmony with European Union competition law. Again, this is demonstrated in the CJEU's decisions. The fifth and last chapter deals with the issue of competition law and sports in the Czech Republic, especially the position of the Office for the Protection of Competition. Furthermore, this chapter also outlines the Office's decision-making practice in this area.
