(111 797 znaků) : tab. + 8 map, 1 DVD, 1 poster. -- Ved. práce Jaroslav Burian. -- Oponent Karel Macků. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na implementací metodiky Standardy dostupnosti veřejné infrastruktury (Maier a kol., 2016; Maier a kol., 2020), která byla vypracována pro sjednocení standardů k vyhodnocování dostupnosti veřejných infrastruktur v praxi územního plánování. Tvorba probíhala ve spolupráci s Magistrátem města Olomouce, kde na základě konzultací byly vybrány typy zařízení, ke kterým byly standardy dostupnosti stanovené metodikou aplikovány. Zkoumaným územím, kde byly standardy aplikovány, bylo podle možností ORP Olomouc nebo město Olomouc. K výpočtům standardů fyzické nebo časové dostupnosti byla použita metoda síťové analýzy Service Area, kterou byly vytvořeny zóny dostupnosti. Následně bylo vyhodnoceno, které adresní body a výchozí plochy spadají do zóny dostupnosti. Nalezené problémové lokality byly popsány v textové části práce. V případě sídelně strukturální dostupnosti byla vyhodnocována přítomnost zařízení veřejné infrastruktury na území obce vybrané podle aplikovaného standardu dostupnosti. Z vybraných výsledků byla provedena syntéza znázorňující oblasti s největším počtem splněných standardů dostupnosti v Olomouci. Výsledky byly zvizualizovány ve formě mapových výstupů a webové mapové aplikace. Veškeré výstupy budou využity pro tvorbu územně analytických podkladů na Magistrátu města Olomouce.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis is focused on the implementation of the methodology Standardy dostupnosti veřejné infrastruktury (Maier et al., 2016; Maier et al., 2020), which was developed to unify standards for evaluating the accessibility of public infrastructures in the practice of spatial planning. The creation took place in cooperation with the City hall of Olomouc, where on the basis of consultations were selected the types of facilities, to which the accessibility standards from the methodology were applied. The researched area where the standards were applied was the ORP Olomouc or the city of Olomouc. The Service Area Network Analysis method was used to calculate physical or time accessibility standards and create accessibility zones. Then was evaluated which address points and starting areas fall into the accessibility zone. The found problem areas were described in the text part of the work. In the case of settlement structural accessibility was evalated the presence of public infrastructure facilities in the municipality selected according to the applied accessibility standard. From the selected results, a synthesis was created showing the areas with the largest number of met accessibility standards in Olomouc. The results were visualized as maps and a web map application. All outputs will be used for the creation of territorial analytical documents at the City hall of Olomouc.
