The aim of this diploma thesis was to determinate adsorption energies and preferential orientations of polar and non-polar molecules (such as acetone, acetonitrile, benzene, cyclohexane, dichlomethane, dioxane, ethanole, ethyl acetate and nitromethane) in reactions with 2D materials (such as graphene, fluorographene and phosphorene) using theoretical calculations. 1-4 molecules were placed on the surface and the adsorbtion energies were calculated in each configuration. Moreover, the preferred orientations and mutual interaction of individual molecules on surface were identified. More polar molecules were readily forming clusters on surface, which affected their orientation and also distinctly increased the adsorption energies. In the case of phosphorene, the molecules are oriented to the surface depending on its puckered structure, where the zigzag edge played the main role and very often participated in the orientation of molecules.
