Cieľom práce je predstaviť recepciu umeleckej tvorby prizmatom Jungovej typológie osobnosti. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá širším kontextom Jungovej teórie osobnosti. V druhej kapitole predkladá charakteristiku Jungovho konceptu psychologických typov. Ten je v tretej časti doplnený o poznatky Sira Herberta Reada. Posledná časť práce sa zameriava na identifikovanie vzťahu Jungových psychologických typov a preferencií vybraných smerov výtvarného umenia, ktoré sú doplnené o spojitosti s kognitívnymi štýlmi.The aim of this work is to introduce the reception of artistic creation by the means of Jung's typology of personality. The first chapter deals with the wider context of Jung's personality theory. The second chapter presents the characteristics of Jung's concept of psychological types. The third part is enriched by Sir Herbert Read´s ideas on how to reform the educational system in arts as well as comprehension of children´s creative processes. The last part of the thesis is focused on the identification of the relationship between Jung's psychological types and the preferences of selected art styles with a connection to cognitive styles.
