Tato práce se zabývá popisem stávajícího systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti Deichmann-OBUV s.r.o., konkrétně vzděláváním interních mentorů společnosti. Také identifikací nedostatků a navržení doporučení k jejich odstranění. Práce bude zaměřena jak na teoretické ukotvení problematiky vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, tak na popis systému vzdělávání interních mentorů v podniku. Cílem práce je identifikace nedostatků ve vzdělávání interních mentorů ve společnosti Deichamann-OBUV s.r.o. a navržení doporučení k jejich odstranění.This dissertation deals with the current system of education and growth of employees in the company Deichmann-OBUV s.r.o., especially with the education of internal company's mentors. It also identifies the imperfections and proposes recommendations for their elimination. This dissertation will focus on the theoretical issues of the training of staff and their development. It also points out the description of the education system of internal mentors in the business. The aim of this work is to identify the imperfections in the internal training of mentors in Deichmann-OBUV s.r.o. and to propose recommendations for their elimination.
