Diplomová práce s názvem "Spolupráce sociálních organizací a rodin v podpoře samostatnosti osob s kombinovaným postižením" se zabývá problematikou plánování samostatné budoucnosti dospělých osob s kombinovaným postižením. Na základě studia dokumentace, přímé práce s klienty a kvalitativní analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byl vytvořen soubor dat. Tato data byla použita pro popis klíčových kategorií, které představují obavy pečujících osob v souvislosti se samostatnou budoucností klientů, ideální představy pečujících osob o budoucnosti klientů a jejich potřeby a hledání možných způsobů podpory ze strany poskytovatelů sociálních služeb v souvislosti s touto problematikou. Závěry výzkumu poskytují cenné informace o této problematice z pohledu pečujících osob a přinášejí náměty pro poskytovatele sociálních služeb denního stacionáře a sociálně terapeutických dílen, jakými způsoby mohou pečující osoby při plánování samostatné budoucnosti klientů podpořit.The thesis entitled "Cooperation of the social organizations and families in support of the independence of people with combined disabilities " deals with planning the future of independent adults with multiple disabilities. Based on the study of documentation , direct work with clients and qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews , we created a set of data. This data was used to describe the key categories that represent the worry of caregivers in the context of a separate future of clients, their ideal vision of the future and their needs and finding the possible ways of support from social service providers in connection with this issue. Research findings provide a valuable information on this issue from the caregivers point of view and provide suggestions for social services provide a Day care centre and Social therapy workshops , ways how to support carers in planning the independent future of clients.
